These terms cover use of this website and general service arrangements. A project’s accepted written quotation or agreement sets its specific commercial terms, subject to mandatory law.
Services, quotations and project agreements
We offer research and development, electronics and embedded systems, robotics and automation, AI and software, 3D design and printing, prototyping and training. Website examples describe capabilities and past work; they are not guarantees that every project will achieve the same results.
Before committing to a project or payment, obtain written agreement on the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, estimated timeline, price and currency, taxes, downpayment, milestones and balance due. Shipping, travel, procurement, subscriptions and outsourced work should be identified where applicable. Research outcomes and schedules can depend on technical feasibility, supply availability, approvals and client inputs. Changes in scope, charges or timeline require agreement.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Payment amounts and due dates are set out in the accepted quotation or service agreement. Review the Refund and Downpayment Policy before paying. Downpayments become non-refundable when payment is received and agreed work has begun, subject to legal rights. Authorized project expenses may remain payable on cancellation. No policy excludes remedies required by applicable law.
Your submissions and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and only share materials you have authority to use. Do not submit confidential third-party information, unlawful content, malware or abusive comments, or interfere with website security. Comments are public under your submitted account name and may be moderated or removed. You retain rights in your submissions and permit us to display and moderate comments you choose to publish.
Intellectual property and media
Website text, media, marks and project materials may belong to Evtech Research Group or their respective owners. Public availability does not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse them. Ownership and licensing of project designs, code, inventions and deliverables must be specified in the project agreement.
