What we collect and why
- Inquiries: your name, email address and message, plus an optional project type, so we can assess your request and reply. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government IDs, medical information or other sensitive information through this form.
- Comments and replies: when you choose Google sign-in, we verify your Google account and use your name and email address. Your name, comment or reply and posting date are public. Email addresses are stored privately for account verification and moderation. Reactions store an account-derived identifier and display an aggregate count. Previously submitted comments may contain profile-image URLs, but this website no longer displays or saves new profile images.
- Technical information: the website uses session identifiers for form security and account functions, a saved theme preference and your privacy choices. Hosting and email systems may process IP addresses, request details, delivery records and security logs to operate and protect the service.
Purposes and lawful processing
We ask for specific consent to process inquiries and publish comments. Steps you request before entering a contract, performance of an agreed service, legal obligations and legitimate security interests may provide other lawful grounds where applicable. We do not treat a service inquiry as consent to marketing. This website has no configured advertising pixels or analytics scripts and does not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to operate this site and deliver inquiries. Google receives connection and account information if you enable Google sign-in; its identity-verification endpoint validates credentials on the server when you submit a comment action. YouTube or Vimeo receives connection information when you allow external media. These providers may process information outside the Philippines under their own privacy terms. External links, including our store and workspace, lead to services with separate practices. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Vimeo’s Privacy Policy before enabling their features.
Storage, protection and retention
Inquiries are sent to our email inbox; the website does not save a separate inquiry database. Comments, replies and reactions are stored in server-side files restricted from public web access. Access should be limited to authorized personnel who need it for service delivery or moderation. No transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
We retain inquiries only while needed for follow-up, agreed services, applicable recordkeeping or dispute resolution. Public comments remain while relevant to the discussion unless removed through moderation or an applicable data request. Records subject to legal duties or active disputes may need to be retained. Hosting logs, mailbox copies and backups have provider-specific retention; contact us for details applicable to your information. Local privacy choices expire after six months; session and theme storage are described in our Cookie Policy.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or blocking, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request portability where applicable. You may also complain and seek remedies through the National Privacy Commission. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing; another legal ground may require limited retention.

Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and arrange an appropriate channel. Children, public submissions and updates
This website does not ask for children’s sensitive information. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information or image. Only post information you are authorized to share, and avoid personal details about other people. We update this notice when our practices change and request fresh consent where needed.
